INSTRUCTION FOR RETURN:
- All returns require to be applied within 30 days since the order happens. We provide full refund including shipping cost if we detect manufacturer’s defect. Please contact our customer service and keep the returned unit intact (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original package). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- For any returns, you must contact customer service to obtain RMA# / Confirmation#. All returns must include the RMA# / Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & checked OK, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge in this case.
